Our Policy on Lead Laws
We currently purchase items from vendors throughout the world. We consistently try to purchase products that are designated lead-safe and meet or exceed current state, federal and/or international laws regarding lead content in jewelry. However, some elements used in making our jewelry might contain varying amounts of lead. Therefore, we do not sell or ship products to residents of California. It is recommended that jewelry-making products not be used for items made for infants, toddlers or other young children, who may be more likely to place these items in their mouths. Items could become a choking hazard. Because of possible, varying amounts of lead content our company does not sell, or promote the sale of any product to, or for, any child under the age of 15.

Please be aware we do not sell or ship products to residents of California.

Please be aware we do not sell, or promote the sale of any product to, or for, any child under the age of 15.

Lead-Safe Information

We purchase our products with the goal of meeting the requirements listed by California's Lead-Containing Jewelry Law, the most stringent law in the United States regarding lead content in adult jewelry, the labeling requirements of California's Proposition 65 and the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA).
California Lead-Containing Jewelry Law This law limits the amount of lead in jewelry, including children's jewelry and body piercing jewelry. It prohibits the sale of jewelry, or jewelry components, in California that are not made entirely from materials that are included on a special list. This list defines three "classes" of materials that do not contain lead, or only contain lead in trace amounts. This law applies to people who manufacture, ship, sell or offer jewelry for retail sale in California. Proposition 65 - California Proposition 65 (also called the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, or just "Prop 65") requires (among other things) that some businesses that sell lead-containing products in California provide a warning label with those products to alert customers of their potential toxicity. Minnesota Lead Poisoning Prevention Laws and Rules This state act was enacted to prevent and reduce lead exposure to children, up to the age of 72 months, and pregnant women from the adverse health effects caused by elevated blood lead levels. Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) The United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has enacted Federal US regulations that require testing children's jewelry for lead content. All products sold by our company are not intended for use by children under the age of 15.
